1983: at 13 I start practising traditional martial arts, karate and judo till the orange belt.

1985: I start practising box for a year as amateur.

1989: my first approach to combat sports, in particular full contact and thai box.

1990: I practise agonistic sport for the W.A.K.O.-F.I.A.M. on a national level, winning several

matches and I meet Mike Faraone and start studying street fighting with him.

1993: Street Fighting System JKD Combat Escrima is born where I hold the title of vice president and first level instructor, starting my professional career. At this time we cooperate with Vinicio Del Beccaro from the Matagay school, escrima world champion, knowing more deeply Philippine kali. In November I attend a stage in Switzerland organised by the Martial & Self Defence Accademies in Zurich where I get my instructor certificate.

1995: SFS starts working with PFS (Progressive Fighting System) by Paul Vunak, instructor of American special troops (Marines, Navy Seals, etc.).

1996: I attend a stage with the PFS vice president Thomas Crouse and I get the Phase One Instructor certificate

1998: in the meantime I continue training with Paul Vunak and afterwards I get the Full Instructor grade in the PFS Italia by Mike Faraone.

1999: I get a JKD diploma by the Italian federcombat and I attend a body guard course organised by the I.B.S.S.A., gaining an "excellent" in the final evaluation. In August I join one of my pupil in Brasilia (Brazil) where I spent 2 months training with other valetudo athletes and instructors of the Wing Tsun school.

2000: PFS Italia becomes SEAL PROGRAM and I am proposed to get a degree honoris causa in confrontation disciplines - Universitas Pro Deo. I decide to refuse it.

2001: On 9th September I definitely leave the Mike Faraone SEAL PROGRAM voluntarily, followed by my instructors to begin a new journey.

2002: On 29 January 2002 the JKD-EFS Evolution Fighting Systems association is officially born where I hold the title of president and head instructor.

2007: Thanks to the experience in the past 5 years, with many comparisons in fight, I decided to open the sport field M.M.A., managed by one of my Full Instructor.(see M.M.A. page)

My 8 years experience in the security of night clubs, where I had to fight against opponents with knives or broken bottles, proved me the effectiveness of these techniques i always got through the situations.
